Sales Agent, J4 Legacy Properties · Raised on Farm and Ranch Work in El Campo
Cole Srubar was raised in El Campo, and his knowledge of Texas land was earned the old-fashioned way: in the field. Since 2021 he has worked Wharton County row crop operations through planting and harvest, kept equipment and property maintained, and handled the fence, pasture, and hay work that keeps a farm running year to year.
His boots stay dirty today. Cole works, checks, and feeds cattle on area ranches, and his current work includes feeding cattle and exotics, building high fence, and spraying pasture for a working land and cattle operation. He also runs his own growing cattle herd, an operation he intends to build into a legacy of his own.
Cole completed his pre-licensing education through Champions School of Real Estate and holds a Texas real estate license (TREC #853805), sponsored by Cuatro Strack, Broker. He is pursuing an Associate degree in Agriculture at Wharton County Junior College, stacking formal ag education on top of years of hands-on experience.
That background gives Cole a practical understanding of land management, livestock, wildlife, water, fencing, and the day-to-day realities of rural property. For clients buying or selling working ranches, farms, and hunting land, it means an agent who can walk the ground and tell you what he sees. Cole is the newest member of the J4 Heritage Group, and he brings the work ethic of a young man building his own legacy to every family he serves.
