Growing up alongside her father, Cuatro Strack, the Broker of J4 Legacy Properties, Harleigh learned the value of integrity, hard work, and quality land from an early age. Harleigh graduated from Texas A&M University in May 2025 with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics, with minors in Agribusiness Entrepreneurship and AgriFood Sales. She completed the Agricultural Economics Honors Program and earned the Distinguished Student Award in Spring 2024. While at A&M, she served as President of the Women in Aviation Texas A&M Chapter, Social Media Officer for the Agricultural Economics Society, and participated in Real Estate Aggies in Leadership.
Driven and accomplished, Harleigh has been pursuing her goals since she was young. She holds her Commercial Single and Multi-Engine Pilot's License and Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) certification, with over 500 total flight hours logged through her own aviation business, HS Flight Services, where she flies commercial pilot work and teaches ground school and flight instruction to private and commercial pilot students. She is also a licensed real estate agent and manufactured home salesperson.
Harleigh is the founder of High Standards Power Solutions, LLC, a backup generator sales, installation, and maintenance business serving Texas customers with reliable power solutions. She is also a real estate investor, a combination that reflects her ambition and her commitment to building things that last.
