Roz Roach

Roz Roach brings a strong foundation of hard work, integrity, and service to her role at J4 Legacy Properties. Raised with small-town values, she developed a deep appreciation for community, connection, and a genuine way of life, principles that continue to guide her today. Now based in Rosenberg, Texas, she remains rooted in those same values.

Family is at the center of Roz's life. She is a proud mother of two grown children, both happily married, and a joyful grandmother ("Lolly") to four grandchildren. She enjoys staying active, spending time outdoors, and making meaningful memories with her family.

Roz currently works full-time at Lamar CISD as an administrative assistant, drawing on over 25 years in education supporting leadership and working alongside teams across multiple departments. Her career has always been centered around service, anticipating needs, solving problems, and ensuring others feel supported and valued.
